Ok but not great
The hotel is not very secure. The door to the outside stairway, right outside our room, could not even close, let alone lock. Anyone can enter the lobby at any time and access the elevators. I would not have felt safe if I had been staying by myself. The restaurant was closed and the bar only open at night. Gift shop was closed. Not a lot of help finding food nearby.

It was an okay hotel
Customer service was great. Lobby looked great. Rooms were okay. The ice was out on my floor and there was an issue with the elevator. It definitely needed to be service. While it was okay and near by to where I was going, I wouldn't stay here again

This property was highly disappointing, disgusting, and in need of major updates. My room was possibly not cleaned before I arrived beyond sheets changed and trash taken out. There was food crumbs or something on the floor, a huge stain on the carpet, general dirtyness around the room, the shower needed to be wiped down with clorox wipes, the sink was not clean, dirtyness on the back of the room door, dirty bathroom handle, thresholds were clearly not vacuumed, and bathroom floor was also not clean. Front desk staff did not have the correct hours for food service including, the bar closing 45 minutes to an hour before the time front desk staff provided and no breakfast provided in the morning despite front desk staff reporting breakfast would run from 6am-9am. There were small items for purchase out of a refrigerated case, but the options were not great. For the amount of money I paid to stay here, it was not worth it. If you're looking for a safe place to lay your head while commuting to/from the airport this place serves that purpose. If you're looking for anything else or a pleasant place you can feel comfortable in socks or barefeet in your room, do not stay here. Not to mention this place is undergoing construction somewhere on the premises and we were not informed of that at any point during our stay. The construction starts anywhere from 7:30-8am.

Very disappointing
Parking is not free. Staying at a hotel should already include parking. Checking in took awhile as there was only 1 or 2 people working the front desk while there was a long line. Keycards would stop working.

Not pleased with the stay. Won't rebook this one.
Only 2 of the 3 elevators working and they were very, very slow. No breakfast. Room was old with worn out furniture. The leather desk chair was even pealing. Shower fixtures were old and almost falling off.

The daily parking rate was 42 dollars something that I did not see in any disclosure during my reservation. I would have not have agreed to pay that . I could have made a better reservation somewhere else for the money . No breakfast availability either . Graffiti in the elevators . I won’t be back .
