Needs to be upgraded.
Hotel is in a convenient area to be able to access attractions but is noisy as a result. There is no air conditioning so be prepared for an uncomfortably hot night. The room was run down and needs to be renovated.

No Shampoo
Very affordable hotel in a decent area. The only issue I had was that they do not have shampoo and rinse in the bathroom and also do not have it at front desk or housekeeping. Breakfast included which is great - pastries are very mediocre but hey it is free!!

Good choice in this area of London
The hotel had a very welcoming and knowledgeable staff. The free continental breakfast was excellent, including a good selection of items and generous open hours. The room was clean and everything worked. The housekeeping service was reliable. My only complaint (and it is a small one) is that the furniture, though functional, was rather unattractive and mismatched. Would definitely stay here again if I wanted a hotel in this area of London.
