When we 1st got there everything was fine..we went out to bowling with the 4 guest that the room was booked for wen we returned they knocked on the door saying we were loud like we literally just walked in but okay, then came back and said we were to lie again which I don’t see how because at that point we weren’t talking, then we had people running in the halls knocking on our door and then running back to there room, the walls were super thin and so was the hallway! The staff were rude and they tried to over charge my card which I do not appreciate

    Outdated, dingy, disappointing

The location is great. The lobby is fine. Once you get in the elevator things start to get worse. Everything just immediately gives you a dingy vibe. The rooms are small and definitely need to be updated. There is paint feeling off the metal doors. The walls are incredibly thin, allowing you to hear all that your neighbors have to say/do. Even being up over 30 floors, the street noise is as if you’re standing outside. The bathroom is tiny and out of date. The sink appears to be the only item in the room that has been updated, and they chose a very strange sink that doesn’t quite fit with anything else in the room, to include the strange stick-shaped faucet handle. The bed is overly firm and uncomfortable, but I guess that’s personal preference. Overall, the room and overall cleanliness and vibe of the hotel was extremely disappointing… but if you’re in the area for a show at one of the nearby theaters, I guess it’s doable for a night.

Excellent location. Disappointed they did not strictly enforce indoor mask mandate.

The hotel and staff were great. Everything was spotless. We found the bed/pillows uncomfortable - it could just be us but it's why I couldn't rate it higher!

    Great

Great hotel. Friendly staff in a good city center location. I would like to point out that hotels.com will show this hotel as ‘parking included’ when in fact, parking is charged at $35 per night. I feel like the website should be clear about this and have given this feedback to hotels.com but the information still has not been corrected

Not my best experience by far.

So, most of the time when you get parking ONSITE, you are able to pay for the parking separately from the room. Not in this case. My $35 a day parking was charged to my room, therefore charging my already used up card $70 more that I hadn't expensed for. The “city view” room I paid for was actually a view of another building. The restaurant was never open. Everything closed early. This trip was a disgrace.

    Brawl and security

There was a brawl right in front of the hotel front door between a homeless woman and a woman who was just minding her own business. I realize this was not the hotels fault but it took a good 8mins for hotel security to do anything about it. I couldn't go out the front door for about 15 min. The police finally showed up about 15 mins later. Again I realize not the hotels fault but maybe they should have some security in front of the hotel as well as the lobby? Also, I was sitting in the lobby talking to family and another homeless woman came right in and sat next to me on the sofa in the lobby. This time security was right on top of it thankfully. I have stayed at many hotels in NYC in that price range and nothing like that has ever happened to me before. It may be just a matter of Philly not having enough police officers but in that case the hotel needs more security in my opinion. I know NYC has a lot more cops.

    Great Location!

walking distance to restaurants, bars. decent hotel bar in lobby and satisfactory restaurant on the mezzanine level. Pool is really small (hotel was packed during my stay, so kids swarmed the pool). roof deck was also closed. Room was clean, small issue with the shower. Would definitely stay here again
