This hotel is not worth it!!
Very disappointed in our stay. Front desk was not friendly and didn’t offer any information about my room or the hotel without me having to pry it out of them. Got up to our room and it was freezing in there. Temperature was set to 66 degrees. It was in the 40s outside. We bumped it up but ended up leaving our room and noticed when we got back it never went up. It was too late at night to change rooms and we froze every night we were there, combine that with the flat pillows and the nights were horrible. There is a sign saying to call the front desk for room service or to replenish your towels, which we did. We came back to the room and room service never came. We we called back down to get towels so we could shower they didn’t give us the correct amount we asked for. My husband tried to go down to the lobby to use the bathroom and there was no toilet paper in there. Overall, the free parking is not worth having to pay for breakfast if you want it and the sub-par service you get. Definitely not Hilton standard.

Needs upgrade
Hotel needs a serious upgrade. Cracked shower floor, leak from another room to where coffee machine is, stains on floor and mirror broken. No info on hotel. Never did find out if they even had a pool or how to use channels on tv. Breakfast was lacking in any kind of pancake or waffles, doughnut were so hard couldn't even cut with knife.

Upon checking into the hotel I had to wait 5-10 minutes for someone to come to the main desk. I had to go to the bar and ask the bartender to send someone. The first room they gave me was undergoing construction. When I came down to ask them to give me a new room the clerk seemed disgruntled that I asked for a new room. He went to another terminal to make the electronic keys and was gruntling to his colleague. The next room they gave me had limited towels (1 body towel for two people) and no shampoo. When I asked the main desk for towels and a shampoo bottle they said they had NO shampoo in the hotel (supply chain issue). What kind of hotel doesn't have shampoo! The next morning, I asked about the breakfast. They said they did not give complimentary breakfast to silver HH members. I told them I specifically asked at booking and they confirmed I would receive a breakfast. I asked the clerk if they would issue me a complimentary breakfast. Her prompt response was "why would I do that". Overall, negative experience with this hotel. If you are going to Atlanta - stay somewhere else!

When I first checked into my hotel the guy at the front counter was not very welcoming. After I received my room key I was just given my keys with no direction to where the elevators were. Thankfully I saw others going in the direction of the elevator because I would have been confused. I also asked for a receipt which they told me I would receive after I check out and it was never provided. I was also charged over the amount that was advised to me my Expedia with no explanation and why. I was hoping for a better experience for my first time being at a Doubletree.

My room was infested with roaches. When I told the person at the front desk, I was told they had no other rooms and there was nothing they could do. She actually caught an attitude with me as if I was making a big deal about roaches crawling around on the nightstand and in the microwave! Needless to say I had to leave and find somewhere else to stay after midnight and after driving for 12 hours. It was a disgusting experience.
