On arrival we were not welcomed or shown to our rooms, the staff barely spoke to us, the experience felt unprofessional. We booked a room with two bedrooms, but even after complaining and being moved to another room, we did not get this. The room was dirty - dirty finger prints all over the walls, stained chairs and ant infested. On one of the days the room had not been cleaned, no clean towels etc. Walls are thin, so a lot of noise, and some how when our neighbours had a cig the smoke would fill our room. We did not feel safe at this property due to the unprofessional running of the place. I would not recommend this holiday to anyone.

Outdated hotel with greedy manager! Beware
Arrived and met by a lovely rep called Cathy .. she welcomed us well.. Was disappointed by the decor as was really old and some what dirty.. The beds in the room were serious low to the ground and full of springs.. there was no bedding that actually was the right size to use..the sheet that was provided was fit for a baby..the toilet was blocked .. there was no WiFi in the room or by the pool.. One of us was 15 minutes for late for breakfast.. and ordered just a coffee from the manager who implied that it was ok..on leaving at check out I was assuming that we had no bill to pay as breakfast was included in my stay.. on check out I went to leave and I front of many other people he told me you haven’t paid your bill.. and I asked what bill? And he said you had a coffee.. this was in front of lots of people and I was very embarrassed…my sisters were having a coffee and asked for cold water to be added to it so as to cool it.. on check out again he insisted she pay for a whole bottle of water..Over all this hotel is run down .. old..needs new management.. the only good thing that we could see was the lovely lady Cathy .. and the guy that works the salon..

Our stay at this hotel was good. When we first checked in, there was some issue with the internet connection, but when we told the reception, everything was quickly sorted out. We found the staff very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is convenient to walk to the city center, parks, restaurants and the beach. Thanks to all the hotel staff for the hospitality shown to us during our stay at the hotel.
