I probably won't stay here again
The A/C wasn't working when we checked in ... was told to turn it off and back on. This worked for us but not for the other room that our friends were staying in. It was 96 outside, the A/C should have been working!

Extremely disappointed
First let me start with the pillow cases were stained and undesirable. Next I slept with the bathroom light on cause on 2 accusations I saw small roaches. The mattresses were lumpy and uncomfortable. The breakfast was the same everyday. The pool had a dark stained ring all around it. It would've easily come off with a little elbow grease. Not worth the money I spent. If you can spend a few extra dollars and stay at a Tru Hilton or Holiday Inn.

Comfortable room. Roomy. Not brand new or anything spectacular. But it was comfortable and convenient for our purposes. Everyone was nice and accomodating. And the breakfast was really nice as well.

I believe this is the worst hotel say I’ve ever had. When we entered the hotel, it smelled of cheap air fresheners, and we quickly found that there were air fresheners in all of the hallways, and in our hotel room to cover up the musty mildew smell in the hotel. There was a dehumidifier in our room along with a nasty air freshener. The dehumidifier was growing mildew inside of it. The bed was not comfortable when I laid in it I felt as though I was going to roll out of it when I woke up in the morning I had a burning sensation in my chest and throat from the mildew in the room . On the morning of my check out eyewitness to hotel housekeeping, staff using used plastic orange juice, bottles, getting drinks from the fountains in the food area, and the lips of the bottles touched common surfaces that someone else is clean cup might touch. I requested a refund and was told that I would be refunded 50% of the cost of the room and I am still waiting on the refund.

Ok stay
Stay was good. Had a broken fridge and they replaced. Was difficult to give small child a bath, stopper in tub didn't work. Hotel did offer a military discount but we were unable to use bc we booked online. Hotels.com should offer discount as well.
