Check-in was absolutely horrible. Apparently I was double charged just because I took my debit card out too soon of the card reader and was not informed that I was double charged until later on that afternoon. Today upon checking my bank, I saw that one of those charges was reversed, but then I was charged again for the actual cost of the room with there still being a second charge on my bank statement, which is putting me in the negative. Upon calling, I spoke to one of the front desk representatives, who, then all of the sudden transferred me to some guy named Michael upon talking to Michael. He was extremely rude and unprofessional, and kept telling me over and over again that maybe I should have read the fine print of my debit card and then I would have known you can, and should not use a debit card for lodging. Even though I have never heard of that in my lifetime and that is also false. I have never been so rudely, disrespected by anybody in a management position at a hotel, and I can assure you that I will not be staying there again. I would like to be reached out to you to discuss this with somebody higher up in management because this is unbelievably unacceptable and rude.
