The Storybook Hotel
The hotel exceeded my expectations from the beginning when we were greeted by Carmen, the front desk lady and hostess. She was incredibly nice and gracious and helped me to my room, offered me some sparkling water and espresso. Inside the room there was silk rose petals and red heart confetti adorning the bed and hot tub. This place is amazing, incredible and unbelievable! The room was huge, the breakfast is so fancy and elaborate I felt like Marie Antoinette. And the history behind the Villa Rota is super neat also! A diamond in the rough on the outskirts of Pompei town center. I will definitely be back! I’m my heart, I can’t wait to return! Thank you for easily being my favorite place in Italy I stayed during my 10-day Italian vacation. Ciao!

Wir hatten das Gefühl in einem alten Schloß zu wohnen. Zwar war das Wirlpool und die Santiätseinrichtungen veraltert, aber gerade da machte die Stimmung im Zimmer besonders. Große Zimmer und ein riesiges Bett. Ein liebevoll gedeckter Tisch lud uns ein die Jause mit auf das Zimmer zu nehmen und guten Wein aus der Region zu genießen. Wein kann man im Hotel kaufen. Frühstück gab es entweder am Zimmer oder im festlich gedeckten Saal. Wir würden wieder kommen!
