Whatever I needed, they made sure it was taken care of, and their hospitality really made the stay memorable. It's rare to come across staff this dedicated, and they deserve real recognition for it. We loved our stay at W Toronto. It's so centrally located and the subway was literally below the building. We arrived at 7am and thought we needed to stroll around town before we could check in. The front desk staff was so kind and she found us a room and we could check in right away. It made our stay that much more wonderful. The only negative feedback is the thin wall. The room next to us was very noisy on a Saturday night. Thankfully the people there quiet down after 10pm. I would totally stay here again.

I had a wonderful time staying at the W hotel in Memorial Day Weekend. The accommodations were spectacular, the staff were very friendly and professional. The restaurants were fantastic and delicious, I especially liked the Listening Bar. I came into town to see Bruno Mars concert (which was cancelled due to the torrential rain that poured that weekend); but I enjoyed my stay and meeting other people who were at the hotel. When I return to back to Toronto, will happily book my stay at the W Tornonto hotel.
