The room was spotless, spacious and well-appointed. Amenities were provided including luxury hair products and an extensive continental breakfast. The pool was clean and though small, swimmable for short laps. The exercise room provided ample equipment and free weights. The staff was friendly and checking in and out was easy and quick.

When we arrived our room wasn’t available so we had to wait thirty minutes for it to be cleaned. I had my three kids with me so it was not enjoyable to have to wait to check in. The sheets had crumbs in the bed and there was no toilet paper. No extra sheets and there was a gross stain on the pull out bed.

Overall disappointed
Frustrated with the check in and morning breakfast. Upon check in they asked for a card for incidentals but ended up charging the full amount of the room which had already been paid not only once but twice then a random charge of 20.00 as well. I’ve been trying to get an answer for the past cpl days and still have yet to hear from management and will be calling corporate next. They then told us that for breakfast they would be sure there was ready to go items ready by 6:30 as we had to depart early and again disappointed as there was barely anything available, one choice of granola bars, some boiled eggs, and a yogurt. Super disappointed as last time our stay was so much better we booked here based on our first experience.

Very convenient and new
Very nicely located to everything in Wixom. Property did not have enough parking, but in fairness there was a HUGE ice storm. A lot of locals had to take a hotel room from loss of power in their homes. In any case, the hotel never felt overcrowded. Room was comfortable and spread out. Breakfast was underwhelming, but there is a Culver’s right next to the property.
