My husband and I were traveling through Cheyenne and needing a place to stay and it was affordable, clean, staff was nice, and very helpful. We would stay here again if we come back to Cheyenne. They outside is a little outdated and so are the rooms but they make up for it in cleanliness and kindness. You should give them a try!

The check in was easy. The staff was friendly and helpful. The place is older but so extremely clean which for me is the most important thing when staying someplace. It was quiet with a well working ac unit. The breakfast was simple but well stocked and fresh. It was a nice stay. Would stay again.

Front desk staff was very cordial and well trained. The common spaces and room were welcoming and quiet with ice machine well placed for convenience. The room was clean, bedding of very good quality and the towels were actually nicest I have had the pleasure of using in a noderately priced establishment. The continental breakfast area and dining room were VERY clean and well maintained through posted hours. All around, a very good experience and great value for the money!! Kudos to the owners and management :)

I’ve stayed at the Cheyenne Guest Inn multiple times over the years, and the customer service is always what keeps me coming back. The staff is genuinely friendly, helpful, and accommodating from check-in to check-out. This visit we stayed in one of the older rooms, and while some rooms have been beautifully updated, the older rooms are still exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping does a fantastic job, and I’ve always felt comfortable during my stay. It’s hard to find this level of hospitality anymore, and the team at the Cheyenne Guest Inn consistently goes above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Every interaction is met with kindness, professionalism, and a genuine desire to make guests feel welcome. In a world where great customer service is becoming rare, the team here continues to exceed expectations. Comfortable, clean, affordable, and staffed by some of the nicest people you’ll meet.
