We stayed here for a wedding at Mon Bijou this last weekend We were welcomed and made to feel very special by Alex who provided a welcome drink and an upgrade Staff were kind caring and thoughtful We needed extra water as it was a hot day and they were obliging , efficient and provided excellent customer service The breakfast was gourmand with beautiful choices off the menu at Om nom kitchen and both check in and check out were done with style and professionalism Loved our stay in this unique boutique setting and we were made to feel very comfortable on a very momentous wedding day for our family Thank you to the team at the Adelphi and Mon Bijou these business’s both worked together to provide us with an amazing wedding .

The Adelphi is a lively and super hip property in the heart of Flinders Lane. The staff are welcoming and helpful and the rooms nicely fitted out. The are a few small things I'd change in a perfect world: the water temperature in the shower is super sensitive, the room thermostat entirely unintuitive, and the "sexy" frosted glass wall to the bathroom means that turning on the light will likely wake your mate. But in the end, this is a supremely well located and well maintained property that I would happily both recommend and stay at again.

Despite a little mess up with room assignment at the beginning of my stay, the staff are absolutely very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. They really are excellent in customer service - going for the extra mile to delight customers. I really like the design of the hotel... very artsy and welcoming. The restaurant offers the best food ever. The hotel is centrally located with easy access to restaurants, trams and etc, and yet it's very quiet in the room too.

It was nice but the room view wasn’t great and I wouldn’t have paid for a $50 breakfast knowing it was just toast And cereal, I could have walked out the door and got a way better breakfast for that price.

Booked in for a luxurious staycation which did not disappoint... starting from the amazing check in service with complimentary sparkling as bags were taken upstairs to snacks / non alcoholic drinks and in room movies all being complimentary as well. We just did not want to leave the room. As our room was located right above the restaurant, we could hear music / chatter until the closing time and also the trucks in the morning at street level, however overall wasn’t disruptive enough to ruin the whole experience.
