This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The hall ways were dirty. Both lamps were broken. Tile was coming up in the bathroom. Floors were dirty in the room. The remote control for the tv didn’t have batteries. The list goes on !!!

Worst experience ever!!
My experience was horrible! The hotel was under construction which was fine however the hotel was dirty. After checking in I got on the elevator and the button for the 3rd floor wasn’t working. Finally after several tries it worked. I got to the room, no light was attached to the switch so I had to navigate the room in the dark. Got to the first lamp and it didn’t work, found out it wasn’t plugged in, nor did it have a light bulb. Then I tried the tv and it would not turn on. Had to go back down to the front desk to ask for it to be fixed and for a light bulb. It took the maintenance guy 30 minutes to get the tv fixed with an extension cord as I sat there waiting. Then when I was looking for something to watch I only had 6 channels. I looked over the room and there was a black spot on the top cover as there was no comforter or bedspread. I also found small black hairs on the sheets…gross! I sat on the bed and it sagged. I went into the bathroom to find more black hairs all over the floor and the toilet was dirty. When walking on the bath floor my shoes where sticking to the floor. I couldn’t stay in that room and when I went back to the front desk I got no apology really and was told I would have to pay for that night but my second night would be refunded. I was told a manager would call me but they didn’t. It’s been 2 days and no refund of my second day. DO NOT STAY THERE!

I will be making phone calls today ..
I have stayed at baymonts before ..and this was seriously unacceptable and not worth 20.00 …room was dirty .. bugs in sink and bathtub.. floor was dirty .. didn’t even want to put my shoes on floor.. bathroom was NOT clean.. I went and bought bleach spray and came back and tried to wash some dirt away .. bed had NO blanket.. sheets were not very clean.. stains on them… I mentioned this twice ..and also at check out to manager and said this room should NOT have been a room seriously ..I’m really disgusted and baymont should and staff here should be ashamed and managers response was unacceptable as he handed me my receipt ..& said “ we have no one to work.. nobody wants to work .. baymont sends us people from all over and even other countries to clean rooms ..& they don’t know how to or what to do.. And we were sold out so I couldn’t give you another room.. I said “ you could have made room clean and took care of the bugs in sink and bath tub and dirt on floor ..disgusting ..hair on sheets ..he replied “ they come spray for bugs and they don’t go away!!” Me:” so I’m supposed to just accept this disgusting..unsanitary ..room &sink &bathtub of bugs cause they don’t go away..and your housekeeping don’t know what to do or how to clean a room ..this is unacceptable and for you to not even say sorry or make it right and just say “nothing you can do ..you work 7 days a week and don’t have time to clean or take care of unsanitary unacceptable room conditions .. unacceptable

This property is terrible. Arrived to find it under construction/renovations, no big deal but would’ve been nice to know beforehand. First room checked into was so dirty. Garbage hadn’t been emptied, someone’s necklace broke it appears and faux pearls were on the ground and in the hvac unit, dirt everywhere. Called the front desk and they offered to switch rooms. 2nd room was in complete disrepair, paint peeling, bubbling and flaking off the walls, worn dirty, stained furniture, layers of dust on the lamps, dirt and hair on bathroom floor and sink. Couldn’t get tv remotes to work. And the pool was closed which was not disclosed at check in. Called the front desk again and they just said “ok”. Asked for a manager and they weren’t on property. Called Wyndham myself to see if something could be done, and they were of no assistance. Finally called Expedia and they were able to assist with the problem. We were told the pool was closed because the health department closed it. We were able to get a refund and check out and that was the only saving grace about this property.
