Don't be fooled by high ratings
The room smelled musty. It was small and needed some serious remodeling. The maid wrote "Welcome" on the mirror ( but it looked liked she did it several guests ago, the "e" was wiped away). There were 2 dark hairs on one of the pillows, When I checked the mattress for bedbugs (there were none) but there were months of hair and dander on top of the bed ruffle. The water pressure wasn't very good. The smoking area is waaaayyyy across the parking lot and really not safe at night. And when I asked for Ted. I was told he was in his office and the front desk girl took my complaints and said she would pass them on. So don't bother to ask for Ted....he's too busy to come out of the office and deal with reality. Don't be fooled by the "high rating".......the friendly staff are the only thing good at Red Lion Fayetteville.
