Hotel with potential
It was an ok hotel but there were a few things that need to be addressed and some wishes: Several carpet stains (carpet needs replacing). Mold around bathtub. Bathtub spout pulled away from wall. HVAC unit wouldn't provide heat. No microwave. No complementary 24 hr. coffee/tea in lobby. Only two sets of towels and wash clothes, there needs to be more. Wish there was a social hour. Wish beds were Queens not Doubles. Note: For the area the hotel is around, the hotel could be so much better.

Great location but poor customer service
The reception area remains average. We asked for sheets for the couch that opens into a bed, and they handed them crunched. The person said they were clean but he would have had to fold them and didn’t feel like it. We were told breakfast was as till 9:30 and when we arrived at 9:00, they told us they gave us the weekend schedule. oops. The gentleman cleaning eventually let us get some fruit and yogurt. Location is great, clean but could improve customer service.

Place smelled of marijuana, I had kids with me. Room was clean, sheets on one of the beds was filthy, looks like it was NEVER changed. Breakfast was good. Parking deck elevator was out of order. Great location; within walking distance from Lenox Mall and lots of restaurants.
