Room was okay except bed. It wasn't perfect but it was okay. The bed was horrible. The hotel conference rooms were part of an event we attended and there was zero heat provided in those conference rooms. It was extremely cold and hard to deal with. There is a cost to any event to use those rooms and I would think that would include heat in the cost. The pool was frigid, unheated per hotel staff. The spa water was brownish.
