Quality Inn & Suites, Muskegon
The first room give smelled bad with smoke. The second room, on both queens beds the white comforters had stains on them. The bathroom grout was stained and toilet seat was old with stain. Just felt the price didn’t match the condition of the room. The breakfast was fine though.

Needs a little TLC
Most of the games were broke and there were no signs so they ate our money. I informed the front desk but they still did not put a sign on them. The pool and hot tub were very nice and clean. The sauna was broke. The fan in our bathroom was broke, the shower water would change from hot to cold with no warning. The staff were very good but one staff member Brittany was great. Breakfast was very good. Over all I would stay again but I would hope some of the things will be fixed. A little snack area besides vending machines would be nice also.

Not worth it
This place is a joke. Took my kids here for the last night of spring break to enjoy the pool & be able to have a drink at the bat with my husband. When we arrived the pool was so packed we couldnt swim. When entering our room the toilet was covered in urine. We waited untill 945 at nightto go swimming in hopes of it being a tad bit less crowded, far past my toddlers bed time, to go swimming & it was still packed. The hot tub was a disgusting yellow color & was not hot at all. The sauna didnt work. 5 minutes after my son jumped in the pool we all got kicked out. We were told it was too loud. I got up to the front desk & come to find out all of those kids were unsupervised & because of that everyone got kicked out. Instead of removing the children & finding their parents. Everyone had to leave for their irresponsibility. By the time we were aloud back in it was 1025. Pool closes at 11. Tried to keep my toddler entertained with the arcade games while my older son swam & 3/4 of the machines ate our money. Very unhappy. Tried to go get a drink, theres no bar. Which is advertised. Got back to our room & theres teenagers running past our room. The ice machine is near our door. They were throwing ice everywhere & wrestling. Got very little sleep from them. Woke up & went down for the worst breakfast I've ever had. Didnt have 1/2 of the items up or there was scraps. Im beyond irritated that i spent my hard earned money on this place. NEVER will we ever again book a room here.
