Very Disappointing.
No air conditioning for the entire stay and the room looked out on an air shaft and another room. Toiletries were never replenished unless we asked (repeatedly). Staff offered a fan and to change the room on the last night. Staff said repair person was not available over the weekend to fix air con. No excuse for a hotel of this caliber on one of the peak weekends of the season to have inadequate maintenance. Earthwork at huge construction site woke us up in the morning promptly at 8; should've been disclosed. View of the air shaft and room across the way from our only window shown below.

Across from tram stop
Nice hotel in a convenient location. Room was a bit small for the money. Breakfast was included but it was mediocre. Wifi was an issue but they said it was in the process of being upgraded. Friendly and accommodating staff.

Lots to like
Great hotel! Great location, snacks and water in fridge daily and he the breakfast deal. Well worth the price. Front desk staff is tops in thier field. Beds just a bit on the hard side and pillows the same. Won't stay anywhere else when we return.

Nice hotel, terrible internet access
The staff were friendly and very helpful except for the wifi. The wifi was the worst that I have ever experienced. It was slow, was constantly throwing me offline and was upgradeable only for a price. The staff did their best to provide additional logon usernames (which were 8-10 characters long) and passwords but these only worked for a limited time/megabytes. Other Indigo hotels in Glasgow and London were fine.

Not a good value for the price. Very nice staff. But at this price level, problems with rooms should be identified and resolved before check in.
