Unfortunately Dissapointed
The only plus to this hotel is the nice and welcoming front desk staff. I was very disappointed in this hotel because the outside of the hotel looks immaculate & very historic, however, the hotel rooms are very outdated. There were stains on the floor, carpet, and walls. The entire hotel smelled similar to a nursing home with a hint of marijuana which made my stay very uncomfortable. In total we paid around $90-100 for our 1 night stay & I do not believe it was worth it. I do believe if the hotel can make some renovations to the rooms or possibly just clean it better this could potentially be an amazing hotel, until then this is one of the worst hotels I have ever been to in my life. :(

My only complaint was that the heat was so hot and wouldn't shut off.... I tried to turn on the air to at least cool it down and it wasn't working so I had to open the windows because of the heat otherwise it was a nice place. I also felt that the restaurant should have offered more than burgers and sandwiches for evening meals

Nice and quiet except bed bug situation
It was quiet and staff was great. The only thing was our first room had a bed bug on one of our beds they did move us to a different room but I really hope they throw out that mattress. That was disgusting. It made me and my girl friend paranoid, yuck! We made sure to check our beds before we went to sleep that night. Overall it was a good stay but I won't be coming back for that reason.
