Great historic hotel. Not a big chain but nice too
Sheldon was a very nice renovated historical hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Only 3 floors made for easy access to beach. No need for beach view from room. Chairs, towels and umbrella checkout was easy at front desk. Fridge microwave and coffee maker in room. Although drip coffee always available in lobby and ice machine on second floor. Lot parking 3 minute walk from bldg. life guard station fright in front of hotel. 36 security cameras viewed at front desk made us feel safe although felt safe in Hollywood beach anyway. Live music stage and lots of adjacent restaurants along boardwalk

LOVED THE HOTEL, OUR ROOM HAD A OCEAN VIEW THAT WAS FANTASTIC! WE WOULD RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE FOR A COULES WEEKEND!

Great spot and great staff!
I had a great stay at the Hotel Sheldon. We were traveling to visit family in the area, and our flight was cancelled due to a storm back home. The staff was very accommodating to our needs and booked us another room for that night, and were able to hold the room the following day for us for a nominal fee. I would recommend this place for great location and services!

First time in Hollywood and we couldn't pick a better hotel. The price was great, location perfect, Beach a few feet away and the staff couldn't be any nicer. We will be back again.

Very clean hotel!!! And nice location - the same kind of beach as Miami but much less people, less crowded and cheaper in price.
