unauthorized charges, bad customer service
It was not a good experience because I got there to register, they only had one of the two rooms reserved, I was charged more than everyone in my group, and then after charging my debit card for two nights for two days, they went in a charged my checking again and would not take ownership of the charges. Then there was $120 in extra fees charge for incidentals that may take up to 45 days to refund that I was not made aware of before checking in. I also had to ask for the breakfast vouchers that the rest of my group was given. I checked out a day early because I was so upset
