    Very friendly staff.
Overall the staff was super nice. One downside is that it doesn't actually have a restaurant. They have a "bistro" that's open limited hours, and the food they serve sends to be all premade. They were our of several items on their limited menu. Only other complaint was that housekeeping doesn't seem to come after 12. Being on vacation, we weren't up and about very early, so our room didn't get clean (really the garbage was the only issue). Overall, i would recommend to anyone that doesn't want a restaurant in their hotel.

The location was great but the room was below standard for a Marriott. There should’ve been more comforts from home.

Too far from nightlife and overpriced
The hotel was a 30 minute walk to the downtown night life area. It did offer a shuttle service that was always a twenty minute wait time. Area was sketchy and we didn’t feel safe walking at night. We also had to pay for parking, which was an extra $35 / night for valet or pay every time you go in and out. The hotel was very clean. Room was small but clean and modern. No view. No balcony. Way overpriced in my opinion (paid $600 for two nights). No continental breakfast, just a small overpriced cafe in the lobby. The outdoor pool area was nice, but no hot tub. Staff were adequately friendly and helpful. I would not stay here again. The location was too far from the night life, would have rather been somewhere closer to Bridgestone arena.

    Not impressed
It started off not good at the beginning. They on had us for one night and we paid for two. Showed them our confirmation from Hotel.com. We were told we needed to call them ourselves. No big deal except we were on the phone for 45 minutes with someone on Hotel.com and they could not get anyone to answer there. Yes it was busy in the lobby but ;5 minutes. The next morning we told housekeeping next to us we were leaving in 10 minutes and then they can clean the room. This was at noon....came back at 5:00 not cleaned! So of course no coffee. Sorry we paid 480 for 2 nights and it was not worth it!

    Enjoyed our stay
We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is outside of the downtown busyness but close enough to be downtown within minutes. There are multiple lunch and dinner options close by. The staff was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable about the area. Please be aware that you will need to valet park which is an additional $38 a night plus tax. We were aware from reading others reviews, so it wasn’t a surprise to us. It was worth it to us to have our vehicle parked in the hotel parking garage so we knew it was safe. Parking outside the hotel definitely looked to be a challenge. I would not recommend eating at the Bistro at the hotel, not because the food is bad, but because there are so many other more affordable options within walking distance. Overall we enjoyed the hotel and would stay here again.
