Disastrous & Traumatic Experience
This entire experience with OYO was a ripoff and disaster. I would not recommend this place to my worse enemy. There was no record of our payment via Affirm. The front desk staff was unprofessional in appearance, along with another female who hovered in the background in flip flops and socks. Totally unprofessional! In addition, there was no air conditioning in the lobby, only 2 commercial fans. The exterior of the hotel was pitiful…gardens needed attention with weeds showing everywhere. Nothing at all positive to say about our experience. We requested a refund from Affirm and luckily received it. After driving 12 hours non-stop from FL to LA, this was a traumatic experience. Luckily, we had friends who offered accommodation. On a scale of 1 - 10, and 10 being the highest, I rate OYO, MINUS 100 Please DON’T put anyone else through this deceit and torture. NB: All pictures shown of the hotel were fake and had no resemblance to reality.

DON'T CHOOSE THIS ONE! NO ROOMS AVAILABLE! NASTY!
DON'T STAY HERE! After a very long trip, I got to the motel to find out they didn't have the cabin that I reserved. I had no choice but to accept a King room, which I had to pay full price for. I was not offered the Hotels.com price, which was $28 less. The room didn't have a kitchen like the one I reserved. I brought a lot of food with me that had to be thrown out. The tiny refrigerator didn't work after getting rid of enough food so it would a fit. They did get a refrigerator from somewhere else that did work, but it still wasn't full size and there wasn't a stovetop. So money lost in food, too. Microwave was disgusting. Changed it out, too. Hair in the tub and on the floor. Feet got dirty walking on the CARPET. No toiletries. Only soap and a USED lotion. Sick. Killed a bug in the bed. Girl at desk had men hanging around her. Who knows why. Loud at night. No cars in the parking lot. Looks deserted. Girl at checkout was VERY unprofessional. Told me she had a hangover. I got my $100 deposit back. I was never told if there was a breakfast or not so I never knew. It hasn't been mowed around there. The doors to the outside weren't working so they were left open for anyone to walk in when the girl wasn't paying attention. There was a big shop fan set up to blow into the front desk area. I was told Hotels.com shouldn't have their rooms on there by the employee because they aren't available. Had to wait at 8:00pm for a room to be cleaned. The base of the bed stuck out too far.AWFUL

Bring cash because cc machine may not work.
Checkingnin was very difficult because the cc machine was not working. I had to go to my bank and withdraw cash to check in. I woke up with a headache the next morning and decided to sleep late. I was awoken by banging on door. It was housekeeping, but when I told him I did not want housekeeping that day, he began arguing eith me and finaly said, ok, I’ll just go to the office and tell them. I haven’t been tattled on in over 40 years. Odd feeling.also, Internet did not work my 2nd day, so I checked out early.

HORRIBLE
Please don't not stay here. The pictures are not accurate. It looks abandon when you pull up. AC was not working in the rooms or lobby. It was absolutely filthy. Ceiling was coming down in some areas. Beer bottles and dirty rags in every corner. We didn't even trust our vehicle to be left outside because of how sketchy the hotel was. Missing women photos on the back doors. We ended up leaving and didn't stay.
