The only positive for this hotel is the location.
Staff was very rude. Would not recommend.

as close to TD as you can get!
Staff is amazing from the simplicity of addressing you with your last name to making sure that your car is warmed up on departure. We were attending an event at TD garden and the walk is less than a minute. Many food/drink options available and the upgraded rooms are comfortable with the feel of a swanky NYC studio apartment.

Go somewhere else
Don’t let the pictures fool you. This is a one star dump of a hotel. Presently undergoing a management change and renovations. Executive room was a standard room anywhere else. I can only imagine what the standard room is like Went to another big name hotel around the corner for a drink before the game. Much nicer and less expensive. Definitely not worth the massive price tag for the one night stay. I travel the country for work and I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotels. This one may be the worst

Down on skid row
This hotel is transitioning from the holiday inn, to the Indigo. The restaurant inside isn't complete yet, so they send you to Boston Common Coffee about a block away. I did enjoy the breakfast over there & $15 voucher is more than enough per person. Check in was good, once you realized what hotel you were in. The have a small sign out side about midway up on the building that says holiday inn. When you walk up to it, it's Indigo, and was confusing. They have some good restaurants and bars close by. We walked to the Regina pizza on Thatcher to try it (it doesn't live up to the hype). The hotel was decent, comfortable, the ac wasn't very strong. At night the street in front and beside the place is like skid row. We saw fresh blood where it looked like a homeless person was stabbed in front of the 711. We were harassed by these folks anytime we passed by them. We also saw fresh human crap that someone stepped in on the sidewalk and slid through. Not my cup of tea....last time for me.
