The original hotel we booked did not have our reservation. Hotels.com took care of booking us another room and taking care of the difference. Quality Inn was wonderful. She was waiting for us when we arrived. The checking in process went smoothly and the toom was great

Over priced
Neighbors trash left in hallway entire stay. Hallways dirty. Elevator too scary to get on. Room was clean, breakfast was what you would expect cereal, waffles, toast, boiled eggs or pre packaged refrigerated cheese omelette. Pool & hot tub were very tiny and a long walk away from most rooms. Over priced for the quality!
