very disappointed
Room 206 Toilet smells bad. Toilet did not flush. Could not close toilet door no catch or lock. Bedside light not working faulty wiring AC not cold. TV remote not working. Window catch broken came open when closing door.One power point Room 203 Toilet did not flush was fixed. Water leak behind toilet. Hand basin water runs onto your feet pipe missing. No water pressure in shower. TV remote not working. Noise until 3-4 am from karaoke and lounge bar every night. Car park noise, bikes,talking most nights. Mosque next door played music on the speakers. Could not get room service anytime, no one in restaurant to order from had to eat out every night. Noisy staff in mornings when cleaning rooms. Pool closed 3 of the 5 days while there for cleaning. Not sure when you are supposed to sleep here.
