Wanted to pay with sperate cards but person in the front desk did not want to deal with it offered to pay in Cash but they guy stated I was 60 bucks short for the security deposit offered to to use a credit card, again desk agent refused to assist stated cash only this location should really change there policy if they want to attract better Business

Bad Ending
I forgot to collect my cash deposit back and today Monday when I called them, they told me that I have to go back to San Antonio from Austin to take the money. I asked the person than answered the phone if they can put the credit in my credit card and SAID NO, and ok and cut the call. Plus the hotel advertised, breakfast included and at the moment of register the front desk told me , the room is close, no breakfast. :(

Pros: free airport shuttle in minivan Cons: outdated in general, not very clean (spider webs, etc), excessive auto-shut doors that will definitely startle you as your neighboring room doors will rattle your room when shut hard by the auto closure mechanism.
