Unfortunately, this stay was one of my worst stays. This is NOT a hotel, it's like a multi-plex unit with rooms that are used for stays. Walls are paper-thin.
Pro: Check-in was smooth (door code). Room is basic - had microwave, mini-fridge, bottled water. Didn't look like pictures. I had an issue with clogged sink which was fixed same day by management and I appreciate that.
Con: DURING COVID, I had neighbours that were loud and having a party. I called property management who said they will address this issue, but the noises didn't settle down until 2 am (I went and personally spoke to the renters). The second day I tried calling management about loud noise and couldn't reach anyone. During the day, starting early morning these was a lot of loud noise outside the room as well, affecting my sleep significantly. Walls are paper thin, so you can hear footsteps, shower etc in other units near by.
Bedsheet had small damage to it. Towels were not very absorbent (if you care about that).
What I found more disturbing is getting an email from management saying not to review if we were having a bad stay and to contact them directly (which I understand may affect rating) but this is why maybe there's less "bad reviews" online. Renters should be able to express honest reviews.
I personally don't see myself stay her again, but I hope they improve, make it more sound-proof for future renters.
