The only 100% rating I've ever given
This is the only accom i have given 100% ratings for and i have stayed at many places in Thailand over many years. The rooms are brand new, the beds are soft, have kitchens, 2 new tv's and air cons, good priced laundry service, great water pressure, 7-11 next door, swimming pool all the way around the complex, everything modern but the best thing was the service provided by James and his wife Sammy in D block. Sammy is very pleasant and James(although very busy) always made time for me...even to the point of doing the paperwork i needed for a visa to extend my time in Thailand. I stayed there for almost 2 months. I cannot rate highly enough! Thankyou James and Sammy for the best stay I've had in Thailand and I'll be back for sure!

We loved the property with its excellent swimming areas and first class gymnasium. The room was a little small, as was the balcony, but there was an excellent shower and comfortable bedding. We had what I requested when booking, a room with pool view on a high floor so no complaint there. The only disappointment was that for the length of our 20 day stay there was no wifi in our room which was greatly inconvenient The staff I am sure did all they could to resolve the issue but to no avail. However, I would recommend the Arcadia and would stay there again for sure if they could sort out the problem with the wifi.
