Excellent service et superbe localisation
Hôtel très bien situé et comfortable. Excellent service à la réception et de la part du valet parking. Un seul petit bémol: Les oreillers n'étaient pas suffisamment moelleux mais cela dépend sans doute de chacun

The facility was great. Location was close to the Christmas Market, the Frontenac and plenty of restaurants and shops. We used the pool, but declined the buffet. We would stay here again.

8/10 Very Good

Staircase on entrance is not user friendly
I liked this hotel but I was very disappointed in check-in process. It doesn't mention that there is a large staircase which you have to walk up for the entrance to the lobby. There is no elevator or side entrance that is off the street on the same level. I was struggling to get my luggage up the stairs and the bellhop stood at the top of the stairs and just watched me, no assistance at all. Then once I got to reception, the women who checked me in was rather rude and just gave me the key and said., :that's all". No indication of where the elevators were to get to the room, no indication of where the restaurant or breakfast was or the pool. Very rude introduction to the hotel. I did come down later to ask reception about the location of the Christmas market and there was another woman who was much nicer and much more helpful. The rooms are nice, the beds and pillows very comfortable, toiletries are good as well. Did not eat at the restaurants so can not comment on them, but there are a lot of very good cafes, restaurants and pubs just outside the door of the hotel. I would recommend that that the hotel at least put in an elevator to bring the luggage up and down the front staircase, as there is definitely room for it and would not be as expensive a full service elevator. Do not book this hotel if you have mobility issues or if you don't want to struggle getting your luggage or walking up a very long flight of stairs each time you leave or come back to the hotel.
