Average; the bar is small and tucked away in the corner basement with below average service. The Club lounge is just average with, again, just average service

Will stay there again (depending on price)
Stayed there before, will stay there again. Just hope the rates wouldn't change so drammatically from one day to the other. That is the only problem. Once day the rate is as low as $ 140.00 and the other day as high as $ 921.00.

Great Stay
A gem - I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Lobby staff fab, the concierge desk staff exceptionally so. Have lots of detailed info. Room super comfy and ultra clean. Hotel has many restaurants, but I choose room service which was especially prompt and the food perfectly fine; also has a lIttle snack shop. The shuttle to/from the Metro stations worked well. You can also get an airport shuttle bus from here to Narita - handy. Not much in the neighborhood, the bar allows smoking, and the English channels few are my only nits.

Weekend in Tokyo...
Nice hotel, room was in excellent shape, helpful staff. The hotel hosts parties there, (I.e. weddings), so it may be loud for a few hours, not a deal breaker IMO. Would recommend staying here, overall. I stayed only for a weekend. The neighborhood is quiet. The nearest subway/train station is about 10-25 minute walk away, but the hotel runs shuttle buses to them frequently.
