The room was fine. Beds very comfortable.The main problem was the cold tap over wash basin. It was a push type that was so stiff if you pushed it on it came on full power and flooded the floor so couldn't be used!

Great for one night
As a place to stop over for the night, it is okay. There are no frills and I did not expect any for the price. The staff were excellent and made us feel exceptionally welcome. The restaurant served from a gastro menu and again was okay. The room was smaller than expected and the walls are thin, we could hear our neighbours. Facilities were okay, however, the shower did seem to have a mind of its own. Great little stop.

Would not recommend this.
Only one bedside light and not much good for reading as it had a dark brown shade. Bedside lights need to be above the bed. Very disappointing. The mattress springs dug into me every time I turned over and I was aware of them constantly. The pillows were too huge and fat. The shower enclosure has seen better days, too small and nowhere to put anything.
