We loved the idea of the resort, as it has the onsite water park and is near some kid-friendly attractions. However, the overall experience fell short considering what we paid to stay here. The room set-up was good, but the carpet was filthy. This wasn't obvious to the naked eye, but my kid's feet were black after running around for a few minutes. I imagine this was caused by the direct access from the street to the room (which was nice), but the resort needs to invest in some carpet cleaning and floor mats. The Oasis water park was great overall- variety of activities for the family and the staff was very friendly. However, cleanliness was again an issue in the private cabana that we rented. The lounge chairs, table, "carpet," and cabana drapes were all dirty. I absolutely understand that these are housed outside and exposed to the elements, but I expected better when you pay $275 for a weekday rental. A good pressure-wash would have made all of the difference... We enjoyed ourselves despite all of this, but can't say that I would return to the Arizona Grand Resort.

Nice stay
We did a family staycation with other family members. I was surprised with the price you pay for this place that there was a huge stain on the carpet. Also they rented the room next to us to kids in their late teens or early 20's and about ten of them, that were out side and inside by yelling , screaming , getting stoned, dropping the f bomb and blaring rap music all hours. I had to call security after 10pm which they came up told them i guess the second time to turn it down as soon as security left turned it back up. This went on till around 12:30. I am not old by any means but with young kids that need sleep this was uncalled for and these kids were disrespectful and should have been kicked out. Its ok to loose money, let them go to motel six down the road if they want to act like punks. Other then this the stay was nice.
