Nice hotel. Comfortable. Food is very pricey. Even the candy was an outrageous price. Nice employees. My sandwich that I ordered took 35 min. Very good but I ordered a belt, should have been ten minutes if that. No one else was there at all, as she was cleaning when we ordered. Overall I would recommend it to friends and family.

Great hotel
I absolutely loved this hotel. The room was very spacious and clean. There is a free shuttle that brings you from O’Hare to the hotel but it comes once an hour so you have to plan your arrival/departure to the hotel very well. There’s also plenty of free parking which is a plus. The food at the restaurant was very good. Probably one of the best burgers and fries I’ve had. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in the area!

Very friendly staff, well maintained facility. Bed was a bit soft for my tastes but overall was quite a pleasant stay. I was in Chicago to attend a convention and it was fairly easy to get downtown to the convention center from this location.
