The reality.
I'm thankful that I used my free night stay for this hotel. I booked it because of the amazing pictures, it looked soothing. This was for our 6th months anniversary. Right away when we pulled up the hill to the hotel we knew it wasn't as advertised.. They had a blue construction layer all around the hotel. there was construction supplies everywhere. As we started walking towards the "Lobby" We found ourselves in tiny room with 4 desks, we got handed a paper saying "Sorry unforeseen water leak we need to turn off water at 10am". This paper didn't have a date on it so it has probably been there for a while. We got our keys and proceeded to our suit. it was a mess I felt like I slept at a construction sight, oh wait I did. The night was average AC was a bit loud so that woke me up a couple of times, other than that the room looked nice, had a microwave empty fridge and a safe. Another reason we booked this hotel was for the "Amazing" breakfast. The promised made on order omelette did not exists, in fact they just started getting Egg and bacon back.. And the mussli just tasted stale and old there was not a single banana in the basket that was not brown and old. Bacon was good so breakfast became OK. I suggest you wait at least another 3-4-5 months before booking this hotel. You may judge for yourself with the pictures.

hotel is under renovation. I felt the price was a bit high given there is no atrium and common area is diminished.

Very disappointed
The experience was horrible to say the least. We used to stay at this hotel every year on the way to vacation, but will find somewhere else to stay going forward. There was renovations which we knew about, but our children had to walk through the construction zone daily. One night in the parking garage there was something going on with a group of people to where I had to walk other people staying in the hotel to the elevator, then walk my family to safety. I then tried to call the front desk to advise them and had to call 5 times before someone even answered. To have other customers afraid to even get out of their cars was very disappointing then I had to walk right through the argument in the garage so I could get into the hotel. Embassy suites used to be our preferred hotel it not anymore. No one at the hotel seemed to even care about he issues. Stay away from this hotel.

housekeeping where are you???
This hotel is under renovation, not a problem but It seems the house keeping staff needs a refresher course too! Cruddy phone buttons and earpiece, dirt tv remote and light switches, and mildewed bath tub caulk. In the breakfast area, bus bins and sanitizing buckets were on a table right next to the coffee station. Overall all I felt like they decided not to put forth any effort on the hotel in anticipation of the new.
