Comfortable. Needed a decent place for a night near the University. Will stay there again.

Reasonably priced. Nice stay.
The room was nice. The area was very blue collar, ( taco trucks, and work trucks out front ). If you're looking for luxury, this is not the place. If you want a clean, decent place to stay for a few days, there's nothing wrong with this motel. Price was very reasonable. Breakfast was not bad. Not many choices, but for a cheap motel, I was pleased with the food. Staff was nice. Bathroom had been nicely renovated. Overall, no complaints.

It was clean and price is reasonable. Though far from UVA campus.

Reasonably Close to University but Very Rundown
Really just needed a place to sleep and bathe and this was closest available to the University.. It's totally run down, broken bathroom mirror, and carpets need cleaning very badly. when i stepped into wet tub before turning water on, dirt was on the bottom of my feet. Yuk. Breakfast is a bit of joke, and maids don't replace coffee or cups used in the room. Totally overpriced but they can do that for football weekend 'supply and demand. otherwise, I'd not go near the place. the Pakistani guy at check in was very, very nice and helpful. Overall, it was reasonably quiet and convenient and I slept just fine, so I suppose I got what I pad for, albeit a bit expensive.

Well, I must say it was not one of my favorite hotels. The breakfast was minimal compared to Days Inn, and other competitors. It's an older facility which has done the best they can, but it deserves its 2 star rating.
