It was alright. I went to get breakfast at 9:05 and there was literally nothing still set out. If you want eat breakfast, be there well before 9 AM.

This was the first time I’ve stayed in a hotel that actually came in and cleaned each morning. Replaced the towels and made the beds! Even threw the trash! Every other place I’ve stayed in for more then 2 days waiting for me to ask for things needed in the room!

I stay here for busines often. I have worked through covid and fully understand restrictions. But to not offer housekeeping, or even towel/sundry changes, through a long stay is unacceptable. I am a clean guest and only use the room to sleep after long work days- I can't imagine what some rooms look like after days. If this is standard procedure, there was no oral or written notice. To top it off, HOUSEKEEPING was barked at me on the day of my departure, through the posted do not disturb sign, in the morning when I desperately needed to sleep in. Boy did that anger me. Unacceptable on all counts and destroys an otherwise reliable property.
