Residence Inn by Marriott Phoenix, Phoenix
Bed was comfortable. Kitchenette was great. Daily breakfast was good. Added bonus was evening food provided Monday and Tuesday. Only negative was couch in room wasn't the most comfortable.

Good food, well maintained, needs a hot tub though. Neighborhood is not so great, but the grounds and room were fabulous. Pet fee is too steep, in my opinion. Nice people working there as well. I was treated with respect and they were very helpful.

Call Before You Book! Internet Doesn’t Work!
What was the most disappointing thing about this stay was the lack of internet. There was a sign at the counter that stated they were working to get a better provider in. I was traveling for business and internet was an essential for me. The women who checked me in showed no compassion when I brought up my concern. I was checking very late, almost midnight and had a big presentation the following day. After trying to work out a game plan on what to do if there was no internet I was told I could go somewhere else. There was another woman who told me she could try to reset it. Upon arriving to my room no internet. My boss ended up checking me into another hotel the following day due to the lack of concern from the front desk. The hotel itself was nice and spacious. The bathroom was dated and the tub was nothing to take a bath in. The area itself was right off the highway and a bit shady. Also no elevator. I was checking in with a rather large suitcase and I was put in a second level room facing away from the parking lot. I would use caution when booking making sure it is in the area you want and the WiFi is working if that is important to you.

The stay was good the room smelled musty we had to buy air fresheners the place was surface clean nothing looked dirty unroll you got up close and the smell. But the service and the breakfast was good. It did have a lack of parking spaces I had to park down the street.
