Exceptional 10.0
A very positive experience.
The experience was good. Friendly and very helpful folks. The rooms and the corridors are a bit tired and need some sprucing up. Overall, a very good value.

Poor 2.0
Would NEVER go back.
Pictures are deceiving. I stayed twice two separate times on accident (since I already booked it after the first night at the beginning of my trip) The rooms are outdated and dirty - handprints on lightswitches, hair on floor/toilet, blood stain on carpet.

Not a Five Star Hotel!
This is not a 5 star hotel! First the bad and then the good. Our room (204A) as well as public areas displayed a gross lack of maintenance. The corridor on our floor had holes in the wall and broken door knobs. The wood floor in our room was warp in spots. The wall paper The room safe was so old the numbers on the keys had been worn off. However, the worst conditions were in the bathroom. Problems included peeling paint, mold at the base of the door frame, a bath tub which could only be used as a shower because the control was stuck in place, a flexible shower head which could not be secured in place because the bracket was not adequately secured to the wall, poorly performed repairs using sealant where grout was required (and it appeared the sealant was applied by someone who had never used such material before), a tissue dispenser that did not close so the box of tissues fell out if you tried to take one. The area, though close to the National Archaeological Museum, does not appear to be a tourist-oriented area. Most of the restaurants seemed to be of the takeout variety. As to the good things. The roof top restaurant is very good with a nice view of the Acropolis, a friendly staff and very well priced. It offers both a Greek and a sushi menu. My wife is a very picky eater; she was able to order an item from the room service menu that did not appear on the restaurant menu. Decor is attractive, room is comfortable. Better maintenance is required.

Radisson Blu was amazing. Dimitri at the cafe/restaurant was a perfect host. He was so nice and always was at our service with a smile. The rest of the staff was fabulous as well. Thank you!
