This is the area where you will enjoy the gastronomical delights during your stay. It is a comfortable living room, where you may relax, read or share pleasant moments with your couple, family or friends. The exterior areas have different spaces such as a large deck, a tiki bar, a small beach where guest can relax under palm trees, find shade or sunshine, read, practice yoga or enjoy a massage.We have three different decks surrounding the house. One is on the water, giving the sensation of being on board a ship. The other two decks have hammocks, seats and chess longs to sunbathe. These three areas may also be adapted to provide you special ambiances for your meals. One has a fantastic large shaded veranda, complete with hammocks, chair, and table. It's the best place to unwind. The other section of the property has a large two level loft area, ideal for families with children staying at the house. The lower has a queen and a single bed and a full bathroom. The upper level has another queen and single bed in a spacious area. To fully enjoy Monasterio, you will be pampered by our staff which includes a wonderful local cook, and a chef (not available year-round). They team up to combine the local Caribbean flavors of Providencia with high international cuisine (guests pay for the cost of the food). Add to that your private concierge and travel photographer (photography is optional, not available year round and the cost is not included in the quote).
