Check-in was frustrating and uncomfortable. A rep stands by a kiosk to help us check in. If you'd like to treat your guests like they matter, I want to walk up to a counter and have Guest Services rep check me in! The good old fashioned way. You should at least offer the option to your guests. Then we went to our assigned room and it was a King not two doubles. Walk back to KIOSK, get 2 doubles per my reservation, go to room and card keys don't work. Back to kiosk. Your reps weren't too happy either. I want to be welcomed to your hotel and have a rep go over my reservation and get everything right the first time. BAD experience in EVERY way.

Wasn't worth the cost
The resort fee is a joke. Includes internet which we didn't use because we have cell. Local phone calls? Really? It is a rip off.

Good Service But Needs An Update
Harveys is definitely starting to get run down. When I last stayed there probably 10 years ago I remember it being much nicer. The shower water pressure was so hard that it sprayed all over the floor and there was no way to turn it down, and the rooms are fairly outdated and empty (maybe just because it was a one bed?). The elevators were smelly and creaky. They do have good customer service however, all the staff at check in and out was very friendly! BUT For just a couple dollars more, there are many hotels in the surrounding area that are newly renovated and cleaner looking.
