We had such high hopes for our stay to visit our son graduate Army basic training. We were never notified that the hotel had lost power the day we were supposed to check in. We were lucky to call ourselves for another reason and thats when we found out. When we finally got to our room, we had blown fuses to the fridge and phone and several wall outlets. They got fixed but when the fridge turned on, it made a horrific smell for the entire duration of our stay. The front desk staff couldnt care less as they sat on their phones away from the desk. We thought best western was better than that
