I was so appreciative they accommodated us with a beautiful ocean front room available to us immediately upon our arrival. Gigi at the front desk when we arrived was extremely welcoming, friendly and truly professional. The valet gentlemen took the utmost care to make sure my vehicle was safe. My wife I totally loved the stay. Thank you all for the pleasant weekend. Looking forward to coming back.

Front desk staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Valet staff also were so nice! My room got overlooked for 2nd day cleaning....not a big deal, but when I asked for a replenishment of something, within 15 minutes a staff member was at my door. Beautiful view of the beach if you get the oceanside rooms. Breakfast in the downstairs restaurant was excellent, and staff was very attentive. One suggestion.....maybe seat families with small children on one side, and adults on the other side. Some parents can't control their kids, and they (the kids) were running around, in the way of the waitstaff with hot coffee and full trays.

We have stayed here before about 20 years ago which is why we came here again. However It’s starting to show its age in the rooms and the bathrooms are needing upgrades ( and cleaning). Beds comfortable and ocean views amazing.

Incredible valet staff and hotel check in staff. very efficient. This is the largest Hilton I have ever been in...which makes it very convenient for restaurants, and a step down to the beach!
