Inside, you'll find a spacious, full kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dining table for four where you can enjoy mealtimes together or play a few board games. In the living area, warm up by the fireplace after a day at the beach and watch a DVD on the flatscreen TV. Outside, sit on your private balcony with a glass of wine and take in the spectacular view, or take the elevator up to the top-floor shared space for even more stunning coastal vistas.

Just steps from the back of this property is Long Beach - the longest contiguous beach in the United States. Discovery Trail runs along the beach front and offers great walking, sightseeing, and photo opportunities. West Coast Horse Rides, just a half-mile away, offers guided beach horseback rides. Also within walking distance is downtown Long Beach where you'll find plenty of shopping and dining options as well as museums and other fun attractions.

Parking notes: Parking spot #11. Second vehicle must use a spot that is not marked as reserved. Please do not park in any other parking spots.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
