This hotel is undergoing a remodel and it was a bit noisy. The room was small but comfortable. The gym was very nice and this is a great place for business travelers or groups ( my room could be connected to 2 other rooms) This hotel is not great for families with small children. I was not charged for parking, although the parking rate is $12/day. Warm cookie upon arrival was also a nice touch. Starbucks in the lobby

Usually VERY good stay- just not this time
Very disappointed this time. I specifically requested a quiet room (the same one I stayes in 3 weeks prior if possible)-as I had a 5 hour Oral Interview the next morning at 7am. I was given a room between the elevator and the ice machine- loud noises till about midnight, A.C. would not stop running, I had to unplug it, and in the morning starting my day the shower wouldn't drain. I have stayed here before with GREAT results- I truly hope this was an anomalous set of failures in customer service. The pros-VERY friendly service, good food (I ordered room service) and allowed mw an early check-in I look forward to my next stay to prove to myself this was a fluke.

Clean hotel, good downtown location
The facility was nice, However I was disappointed with the fact that they had a Starbucks coffee shop in the lobby but the hours were not of much service. The shop was open for 3 to 4 hours during the day and closed early evening. After our Lion King show we had hoped to enjoy a good cup of coffee and decided to go back to the hotel to enjoy at our own leisure, only to find it closed. The hotel bar also closes early. The hotel charges their guest to park and due to a outside party venue, parking was not readily available for paying guests. I had to park else where and move my vehicle later into the hotel parking lot.

Walls Paper Thin
The walls are paper thin. I did not sleep well the 2 nights I was there. The first night I could hear the phone ringing in the next room around 4 in the morning, probably a wake up call. But the guest didn't pick up, so the phone call was repeated 2 more times and then someone came up and knocked loudly on the door. The 2nd night, guests arrived around 2 in the morning and continued a conversation in their room. I could even make out what they were saying. Knowing of this sound problem, I would think the front desk people would spread out the booking of rooms so that the surrounding rooms are left empty. It's a huge place. There were probably a hundred rooms that were not being used. Too bad if it's more work for housekeeping to spread the guests out. This guest will not be returning. Also, you have to pay $12/night for parking.
