Great location, staff very accommodating. Was a little noisy in the early morning hours because of constuction in the area.I would definitely stay here again!

High Ceilings and quiet in Korea Town
This small hotel was convenient to the location of a performance venue that we were int town to visit. The front desk staffer was a bit stressed when I arrived but sweetened right up when I smiled and made a few pleasant remarks. (I have to give some room for stress among a populace still reeling from what many consider a disastrous presidential election). My room was lovely and comfortable, with an elegant, spacious bath, and big brass bed. The linens are washed on the premises and bore no trace of the harsh bleaching and other chemicals that many chain hotel sheets and towels give off. Others in our group disliked their room, which had a strong disinfectant smell and was too hot, with no thermostat. I was very satisfied with my stay and would certainly stay again if I could get the same room I had this past weekend.

Our room did not look like any pictures on their site. Hotel is undergoing rehab which it needs. Room was clean though and sufficient. Location relatively good for food, shopping, and theater. Free breakfast was instant coffee and donuts.

Great location but lacking room/interior
All outlets on the opposite wall from the bed... so unless you have a 10ft cord you can't charge you phone/tablet/laptop and use it while laying on the bed... something I've taken for granted the pst few years. They gave me a card with the wifi password, but there is no actual wifi router. So they don't actually have wifi to my knowledge. The elevator button for the floor inwas staying on was broken, so I had to take the elevator to the floor above or below, and take the stairs one floor to get to my room.

Pleasant staff, clean and comfortable room.
A pleasant and easy experience, even with renovations under way. No frills, and a very limited presentation called a continental breakfast, but these weren't on my needs list. I will stay again.
