Costa Mujeres beachfront property with 4 outdoor pools and restaurant
Great experience but originally issues with rooms were a problem with many customers.

We loved our stay at Planet Hollywood! Service was excellent and all the workers work…

Employees are extremely MEAN and NOT accommodating for anything. This is the only “all-inclusive” resort where everything is an upgrade and money is needed. Lots of resorts in Mexico to stay so do not waste your money and stay here.

We came for spring break with our family of 4 (kids 7, 10), and another family. The high's: the resort is gorgeous. About a year old, it still looks shiny and new, and the decor and facilities are top notch. The service is outstanding. We were impressed time and again by servers and staff who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. And the food was a very pleasant surprise. We were all prepared to be underwhelmed, but ended up having incredible Mexican specialties from the breakfast buffet, insanely flavorful Indian, very solid sushi, and lots of great salads, fruits and seafood from the Euro buffet by the pool/beach. Burgers and Pizza are the easiest "grab and go" items, and they are both fine but not noteworthy. The areas for improvement: check-in is sloooooow and not overly warm. We were supposed to receive $500 in resort credit, and didn't get our coupon book as we should have at check-in. It's not just a $500 "tab" credit, but takes the forms of a few $25 off premium wine/liquor, $50 off spa services, etc. Definitely worth having. The biggest single headache was trying to figure out the system for dinners. It can be tricky w/ kids because you need to either arrive and be ready to sit down when doors open at 5:30/6 or get your name on the list and be prepared for wait for 1-2 hours.

Pathetic service for the paid price. Management Can’t even manage the keys and room access properly. Zero customer service and room cleaning.

I’ve never been to a all-inclusive that didn’t open the main buffet for lunch. Walk in to check-in to be told the we booked a 8 weeks in advance wasn’t available, it’s not like it was booked short notice!

We had the worst experience we’ve ever had at a hotel at planet Hollywood !! We took a ferry then the bus then a taxi to get there from Cozumel to see my brother on his bday he was on a business trip and they wouldn’t let us come in then they said only 30 minutes so they walked us out and we sat outside in the heat for over an hour trying to figure out what we should do a day pass etc we ended up spending almost $400 for a 1 night stay when we already had a hotel in Cozumel!!! Very bad or horrible experience for sure !!

Positives: The property is clean and beautiful. Service was excellent. The negatives: On the second day of our stay some of my family members got food poisoning, they were throwing up and had diarrhea. Also it was disappointing that the night club was closed some of the nights.

Liked the amenities, swim up room, friendly staff, activities, sit down restaurants . Fuel was always crowded happy that I don’t drink coffee.Wish Shores would have been open for breakfast also wish there had been a sit down option for breakfast.
