My room smelled of pet urine. I expressed my concerns with the manager on duty, and was brushed off, as if it is a normal occurrence. No apologies, no solutions, nothing! I do not recommend this hotel. DIRTY!

I didn’t get my early check in. One of the rooms I rented wasn’t even ready at check in time. We never got the towels they said they would bring. The red head at the front desk is always rude. My previous stay she was rude and it took half an hour to check in because they lost someone’s reservation. And they called to boot me out when I was already gone. I liked my stay just not the service.

The hotel is clean and staff was very helpful. The lack of an elevator and the distance of some rooms is a large disadvantage. Very questionable design of this facility takes away from the other good qualities.
