My brother could have lost his life
Horrible, my brother could have lost his life. My brother is a diabetic & he's blind, He paged the front desk to bring him orange juice. Chris(male on nights) ignored his request. My 27yr old brother's meter read 40. That's LOW for a diabetic if you didn't know. Paramedics were called & his levels were brought back to normal. Thank god.. I wasn't told until the next day by my mother whom is also disabled(left arm missing). When booked I was told he & my mother will be in great hands. Instead, it was a lie. I return the next day to speak to the manager, he was unaware of what happened because their employee Chris did not let the manager know. The manager Phil said he would look into & gave me a business card with his name & number. Employee Chris didn't even tell his manager Phil that paramedics where at the hotel. I took my brother & mother & put them in another hotel. Where they check on my brother to make sure he's alright. My brother wants to now stay at the new hotel another 5nights. I love my youngest brother dearly & without him I wouldn't be able to move on. Oh, thanks for the business card manager Phil.. I still didn't get a call on how things would be handled. .. 27yr old Oldest sibling ..Miss Brown

Horrible hotel
This hotel was not worth the price at all. I selected this hotel because they advertised that they had a gym. I even called to confirm that they had one. When I arrived the gym was the first thing that I inquired about. The gym had a bike, treadmill, and jungle gym. The pedal on the bike was broken and couldn't be used and the jungle gym was under repair. By far this was the saddest hotel gym. I love old world charm and I normally do not discriminate against older hotels, as long as they are well kept. Well all I can say is that this hotel is OLD and not well kept. The bedroom carpets are old, dingy, and appear to have cigarette burns. The legs of the furniture look as though they have been chewed on my dogs. The bathroom is so small, it is hard to navigate in. The bathtub was so dingy, that I had to put a towel in the bottom of the tub when I took a shower. Also, I was in town on business, so to be able to work on my computer was imperative. The room was lacking sockets so I had to unplug lamps just to be able to plug in my electronics. Horrible hotel.
