Perfect location
Amazing location, in the heart of Piccadilly. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfy bed and clean room. Some elements are a little tired like old wobbly tap in bathroom, but nothing that would bother you too much. Our room was in a nice quiet area of the hotel and nice warm for January.

Great location, old hotel but nice. 7-10
The hotel is nice, my favorite part was the gym, it has a great and big gym, great location, the customer service was ok, there was one rude employer in the lobby near the restaurant treated us like we didn’t have a room there, anyway he was disrespectful, I think the hotel is nice but for its price I don’t know it’s an old hotel, I will stay in a modern next time for that type of price.
